RC Conference – Miercurea Chiuc

At the end of March 2023, an RC event was held at the József Attila Primary School in Chiuc, presenting and processing the Learn Then Play project, with the parents of the students attending the school.

This event was an important milestone and a necessary step in the implementation of the project. The exchange of views between teachers and parents proved to be a useful experience, as it helps to establish effective communication between the actors involved.

Apart from the novelty and the playfulness, most parents highlighted the child-tailored structure of the LTHP and the help in solving the tasks as the main advantages of the application. They found its productivity to be

  • it made the work their child was doing more transparent for them,
  • the ability to monitor the work they were doing independently,
  • it gave them an insight into their level of preparedness and
  • tracking progress.
They considered it important that the app provided a space for teacher-student-parent communication, but many also saw the time spent with their child learning together as a positive.
